You may utilize this posting to upload your resume and information. **Job Summary**: We are looking for a finance professional to lead financial activities at our manufacturing facility in Matamoros. This role partners closely with plant operations to improve financial acumen and drive performance. Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting and analysis, KPI tracking, and supporting operational decision-making. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**: - Guide plant leadership on financial impact of operational decisions - Respond to ad hoc financial requests from the team - Prepare and review KPIs and financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) - Oversee financial close process and account reconciliations - Conduct financial analysis and prepare annual targets - Participate in daily/weekly operations meetings **Skills and Minimum Experience Required**: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 5+ years of experience in finance - Manufacturing/maquiladora experience (3+ years preferred) - Strong Excel and financial modeling skills - Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools - Cost accounting knowledge - Fluent English (written and verbal, >80%) - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work daily on the shop floor We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
