**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This role requires a blend of strategic talent sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, data-driven decision-making, and process excellence to support our talent acquisition goals.
**Your Impact**
As Talent Acquisition Senior Representative your responsibilities would consist of:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment for corporate and professional roles across functions like Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and more.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and drive talent planning.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using multiple channels and employer branding.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Use data and insights to optimize hiring outcomes and support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to global TA initiatives and support cross-functional projects and peers.
Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
- Strong knowledge of talent assessment, recruitment marketing, and sourcing channels.
- Proficient in ATS and recruiting technologies, with awareness of compliance and employment law.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Results-driven, with sound judgment and a focus on delivering hiring goals.
