What will I do as a Customer Service Representative?
- Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, providing online service/website support, resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and ensure accurate records in internal systems.
- Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems.
As a Customer Service Representative, you get:
- Competitive Salary $18,000.00 MXN Pesos Monthly (Before taxes)
