**Bilingual customer service representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive inbound bilingual phone calls (Spanish/English) from US customers around basic customer service queries
- Document and log service requests for support groups or escalation teams for customer issues solution
- Identify and perform an upselling process for potential cases to upgrade services/products
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, basic technical queries, and services.
**Shifts and Training**
- Rotate shifts across 16/7 Operation ( Monday to Sunday), 2 days off per week
- Availability to work from the office for a minimum of _**9-12 **_weeks, post this period agents will undergo an evaluation to be considered for the WFH scheme based on their performance.
- Availability for Product Training and On the Job Training from Tuesday to Saturday
**Required Skillset**
- Proficient in English ( written and spoken)
- 2+ Years Experience Minimum in voice customer care supporting US Based customers. Experience can be related to Customer Care, Tech Support, Collections, Billing, Etc.
- 1+ Year Experience Minimum in product sales (Cold sale, Upsell)
**Salary**: $19,000.00 per month
