This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. HR Administrator located in Mexico City, Mexico. The Sr. HR Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions, benefits administration, HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Ensuring proper maintenance of employee workpaper files
- Clarifying payslips for employees
- Leading the administration of travel arrangements and others
- Contributing to successful ISO 9001 audits
- Knowledge in STPS and INFONAVIT law
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes
**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- HR management and benefits administration skills
- Knowledge of labor and employment law
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong understanding of human resources practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Professional license required)
- English B2 level or above
**Additional Information**
We Offer
- Base salary 30K+ benefits above the law
- Monday to Friday: 4 days in office + 1 day home office (initial training period will be 100% in office)
- Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm (you can choose)
