We are seeking a skilled **Lead Power BI Developer** to drive data analytics and visualization projects, enabling informed decisions across multiple departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
- Drive a small team of professionals, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework
- Own and manage the task backlog to ensure it is well populated and prioritized
- Offer product management strategic insights based on data analysis
- Utilize strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data from multiple sources
- Work with Azure DevOps for data extraction and data integration tasks

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in Agile environments, with more than 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including working with its APIs
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools
- Proven success in creating detailed reports and dashboards that influence business decisions
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging high-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
