**Description**:
At Rapido Solutions Group we believe in challenging the status quo of what to expect from a nearshore solution. We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.

**Position Purpose**:
The main purpose of this position is to serve as a centralized information center for all questions, inquiries and complaints. This Representative will provide accurate information regarding all tasks and responsibilities performed by the Client Services Representative and outperform the customers’ expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date carrier records.
- Ensure all database documentation is compliant with industry standards.
- Communicate with transportation companies to ensure all parts of assigned delivery are completed.
- Collaborate with assigned Logistics Consultant to track and trace all weekend freight as needed.
- Maintain carrier information in internal database including location, equipment type, and availability.
- Oversee all parts of loads in transit through internal software.

- 1 Year of customer service experience (desirable)
- Advanced English Level
- Proactive
