**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our products can meet those needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Experience with warm calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and practices.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, enabling effective discussions about product features and benefits.
