**Finance Analyst, Region CTS**

Responsible for supporting the Sellex period close and forecast, bonus calculations and AOP on the Frito-Lay Canada Business

**Accountabilities**:
Planning and Forecasting:

- Support Area Annual Operating Plan process for Cost-to-serve, Productivity and Investments for Region
- Support the translation of national priorities into Region execution fundamentals
- Support the development and implementation of Region Go to Market (GTM) Strategy (route additions, route compensation, labour strategies, etc.)
- Support Region CTS forecast development and align with SC and FP&A team

Business insights:

- Provide reporting on FLC Region performance
- Support developing fact-based insights and action plans to close gaps and align stakeholders
- Support Region productivity agenda

Support leveraging the forecast process to achieve business objectives - deliver Region SellEx AOP and manage CTS P&L trade offs

**Qualifications**

**Key Skills/Experience Required**
- University degree in Business; Accounting Designation / MBA an asset but not required
- English fluency required
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement
- Previous Essbase & BOBJ software experience an asset
- Experience in consumer products industry an asset
- Strong customer relations, interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technical, problem solving, planning, and analytical skills
- Experience in analyzing or forecasting Profit and Loss results
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
