**Responsibilities**:
What You’ll Do
- Find & Engage Top Leaders - Use advanced sourcing techniques, including but not limited to Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and automation tools to uncover top leadership talent.
- Deliver Market Intelligence - Conduct talent mapping, competitive research, and market analysis to guide hiring decisions.
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders - Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and executives to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
- Optimize Sourcing Processes - Leverage CRM/ATS platforms like iCIMS, track key sourcing metrics, and improve efficiencies.

Qualifications:
What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has Sourcing Expertise - 3+ years of experience in executive or leadership talent sourcing (Director and above).
- Is a Talent Detective - Skilled in Boolean search, automation tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover hidden talent.
- Understands Market Intelligence - Proficient in talent research, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.
- Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Knows Sourcing Technology - Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruitment tech platforms (e.g., iCIMS).
- Handles Sensitive Information with Discretion - Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with executive talent.
- Collaborates Across Cultures - Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Is Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
