**Minimum qualifications**:

- 3 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role.
- Experience sourcing at an executive level (e.g niche talent, executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting information.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience leading projects and working in a fast-paced organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting the top talent essential to drive the future of Google in Latin America. Your work will directly support the growth and success of the SWE team, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.

** Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage representative talent by utilizing sourcing expertise for a variety of roles within Mexico, with a focus on executive level SWEs.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and landscapes to ensure sourcing strategies remain effective.
