Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Remote - Based in Mexico)

We are a leading real estate aquisitions company, buying single and multifamily properties. Our mission is to grow our business through strategic investments. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team and lead our acquisition efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to grow our real estate portfolio.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate property acquisitions.
- Create and optimize systems for managing acquisitions and ensuring efficient processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee due diligence, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Manage acquisition budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on acquisition progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably in the residential sector.
- Proven track record of successful property acquisitions and growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough market research.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Mexico is a plus.
