Job Function: Finance The role:
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:
**Accounts Receivables Specialist**

**SoftwareOne**

Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City

**Main responsibilities**:

- Focus on billing.
- Understanding of the full cycle in the income statement of gross profit.
- Invoicing, accounting records relating to sales and re-invoicing (costs).
- Service to Mexico and Central America Countries.

What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Banking or Administration indispensable.
- Preferably +1.6 years of experience in invoicing / revenue.
- Knowledge of accounting records.

**Nice to have**:

- +3 years of experience in invoicing.
- Advanced English is an important plus.

**Soft skills**:

- Assertiveness.
- Frustration tolerance.
- Sense of urgency.
- Working under pressure.
- Enjoyment of routine work.
