We are looking for talent to join as an **Accounts Receivable and Inventory Coordinator**, this is a temporary position by defined contract.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Confirm the correct registration of account receivable derived from sales of vehicles and parts to distributors
- Prepare manual invoices to distributors for other income and for sales to employees that are generated during the month and their accounting record.
- Confirm the timely receipt of payments received from brand finance for sales of vehicles and parts to distributors.
- Reconcile daily the deposits received from brand financial..
- Send monthly account statements to distributors and reconcile them at the end of the month.
- Issue and control aging report of account receivable balances, aiming to maintain age of no more than sixty days.
- Review that the billing files received from systems for the sales of vehicles and parts do not have errors to send them for the preparation of electronic billing and stamping in a timely manner.
- Review the correct accounting record of vehicle and spare parts purchases that is done automatically in SAP.
- Carry out the manual accounting record of purchases that have to be registered in SAP.
- Review the correct record of inventory disposals for the sales of vehicles and spare parts and reconcile the cost of sales with the corresponding area.
- Reconcile with the sales and aftersales areas the balance of available inventoryand in transit at the end of each month.
- Attend cyclical inventories of spare part monthly and vehicles at end of the year.
- Reconcile vehicle and spare parts income with the sales and aftersales areas for the sales of the month, registered in SAP.
- Integration of information and work papers for internal and external audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related areas.
- Experience 3 to 4 years in:

- Accounting
- Reconciliations
- Accounting policy records
- Account analysis
- Inventory analysis
- Inventory control and management
- Account receivable
- Billing
- Attention to audit
- Desirable in the automotive industry
- Fluent level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience in SAP management (mandatory):

- Account receivable module (Accounts receivable from distributors and financial 80%)
- GL Module: General for policy registration
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (internal and external)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in systems implementation desirable (Accounting & AR)
