**Bilingual Property Management Assistant (English/Spanish) - Remote**

**Pay**: MX$92.27 - MX$110.25 per hour ( $5-$6 USD/hour, based on experience)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

**About Us**

We are a growing **property management company** seeking a **Bilingual Property Management Assistant** to join our remote team. You’ll support our property managers with administrative tasks, tenant communications, and daily operations that keep our properties running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone with **previous administrative experience in property management or real estate**, who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced virtual environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with tenants and respond to inquiries in English and Spanish
- Process and record tenant payments accurately
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks related to property management
- Participate in daily team meetings via **Zoom**:

- Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent reliability
- Support other administrative needs as assigned

**Qualifications**
- **Fluent in English and Spanish** (spoken and written)
- **Administrative experience** in property management or real estate required
- Reliable **high-speed internet connection** and quiet home workspace
- Comfortable being on **Zoom video** throughout the workday (camera required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
