Our team has also won 6 Ace Awards.**How to Apply**Contact us to receive instructions.**JOB DESCRIPTION****Property Management Support**This position requires research, analysis, and ongoing communication to the residents, clients, and the property management team. This position requires a strong understanding of the rental agreement, general landlord tenant-law, as well as company policies and procedures.**Duties Include, but are not limited to**:- Respond to general inquiries about the rental agreement Sleep Sound’s policies- Help residents with lease modifications such as adding or removing a tenant.- Review and process pet and assistance animal requests- Update resident ledgers- Enter data and update software programs to ensure accuracy- Schedule and review property walk-through reports for lease violations, deferred maintenance issues, and overall quality.Oversee, track, and issue lease renewals.- Draft lease renewals packets.- Create melds when applicable.- Track resident melds weekly to ensure- When appropriate, solicit 5 star Google reviews.- Answer resident calls- Assist with drafting lease violation notices, none payment notices, etc.- Support supervisor and property management team in any matter necessary to reach department goals- Answer client inquiries that have been assigned to you directly.- Draft periodic walk-through summary reports with recommendations to client.- Communicate with clients about lease renewals- Communicate with clients about maintenance issues.- Strictly follow Sleep Sound process and procedures- Complete all workflows on time.- Review and update workflows as needed.- Report on key metrics weekly in all team meeting- Provide weekly updates to supervisor on assigned OKR’s, KPI’s, etc- Additional duties may be assigned if workload is insufficient.**Why Sleep Sound Property Management?**- Growth opportunity- Great company culture- Merit based recognition- Stable and recession resistant business- Team oriented- Excellent reputation in the industry- Competitive compensation**Our Core Values**- Think Like an Owner- Raise the Bar- Support Each Other- Own It- Absolute Integrity**JOIN OUR TEAM**Pay: $18,000.00 - $28,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
