**About the role**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Assist clients in the installation, configuration and operation of virtual reality equipment and systems.
- Provide remote and occasionally on-site technical support to resolve incidents related to software, hardware and connectivity.
- Manage requests through Help Desk tools, ensuring an efficient and high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the global support team to escalate issues when necessary.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Completed or unfinished degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related career
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2 to C1): essential for communication with customers in the US and technical support on international platforms.
- Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
- Proven experience in: Technical user support (remote and onsite).
- Help Desk tools and ticket management.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive **base salary $29K gross monthly**:

- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:
