Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Excellence Manager_ located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering, the Business Excellence Manager role involves_ _being responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization, coaching and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion._

What a typical day looks like:
- Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities._-
- Responsible to eliminate waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._- Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._- Drive and yokoten the identified best practices based on the agreed timelines. Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._- Conduct lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by co-leading and co-facilitating Lean Deployment._- Perform assessment of LMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps. Actively participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._- For assigned special _project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._- Must be able to guide direct projects based on business initiatives and customer needs.- Management skills and technical experience on Finance, HR, Materials and Operations activities.- Demonstrates detailed expertise in very situations and multiple areas.
- Comprehends the strategic impact of the function across sites

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- Intermediate-Advanced_ Excel_- Fluent English_- Experience in continuous improvement and 5's methodology_- Availability for travel._- Nice to have Green belt Certification_- Nice to have Lean and six sigma experience._- Current Visa_
