Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.- Job Summary- Job summary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Business Excellence Manager _- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, Business Excellence Manager role involves_- working for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization, coaching, and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion._- What a typical day looks like:- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities._- _ Responsible for eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at_ reducing/eliminating_ non-value-added activities in the process._- _ Identified best practices based on the agreed timelines._- _ Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._- _ Conduct lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture throughout the organization by co-leading and co-facilitating Lean Deployment._- _ Perform assessment of Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._- _ Actively participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._- _ For assigned special_ project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean Transformation. Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience as s Industrial Engineer & Lean in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Fluent English_- _ Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Black Belt is also a plus._- _ Experience in coordinating all layouts changeover & optimizations_- _ Strong experience in calculate capacity_- _ Experience in optimizing product flow and headcount_- _ Kaizen experience_- _ Project management experience with different clients_- What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- MH52- Job CategoryOperational Excellence
