Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Excellence Manager_ located in Guadalajara, North Campus._
- Reporting to the Business Excellence Director, Business Excellence Manager role involves providing direct contribution to teams according to established policies and goals. Demonstrates skills in guiding and/or facilitating._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Act as a first point of contact to the customer (internal and external)._
- _ Coordinate activities for implementation team_
- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3._
- _ In charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._
- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._
- _ Drive and share the identified best practices according to the agreed timelines._
- _ Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._
- _ Conduct Lean and Six Sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of a Lean Continuous Improvement culture throughout the organization by co-guiding and co-facilitating Lean deployment_
- _ Perform assessment of CIMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._
- _ Diligently participate in the selection and executions of Lean and Six Sigma projects._
- _ For assigned special _project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean _Transformation. Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._
- _ Incentivize participation in the training of Flex Employees, Suppliers, and Customers._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS degree._
- _ Experience in manufacturing and products industry required._
- _ Strong experience in Quality Systems such as: ISO 9000 & IATF._
- _ Lean and six sigma methodology experience._
- _ Demonstrates expert functional, technical and/ or people management skills._
- _ Able to build strong relationships to customer._
- _ Lead projects and business initiatives._
- _ Ability to resolve complex objectives._
- _ Strong continuous improvement knowledge._
- _ Preferrable experience using new technologies in data science (Azure, AWS, Power BI, Tableau)._
- _ Basic finance knowledge._
- _ Related quality or engineering experience._
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Advanced MS Office._
- _ Demonstrate ability to collaborate in partnerships._
- _ Green belt certification._
- _ Black belt certification is a plus_
