**We are hiring a Labor Relations Analyst**

Responsabilities:

- Monitoring of the KPI of Absenteeism and Turnover operational staff.
- Compliance with Internal Work Regulations.
- Guarantee compliance with internal work regulations and promote the improvement of the work environment.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and dining services
- Have a good relationship with Union.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (With title)
- Excel advanced
- Intermediate English
- Knowledges on Federal Labor Law.
- Experience with Union.

Sueldo: Hasta $25,000.00 al mes
