Administración y seguimiento diario de los embarques asignados por DC y frontera.
- Tener el sistema actualizado antes de las 10:00 am.
- Asignación estratégica en base el SRG.
- Entrega de documentos a líneas transportistas.
- Asegurar cruces y retiros.
- Entregas acordes appointment.
- Detectar y atender prioridades en base RDD y requerimientos especiales.
- Cubrir todos los días la asignación por parte del cliente en USNL asegurando equipo a través del pool que se tiene en yarda NLD.
- Análisis proactivo en el pool para evitar fallas en el servicio.
- Relación con el cliente: comunicaciones consistentes y profesionales; Comunicaciones efectivas, rápidas y corteses con respecto a situaciones difíciles, retransmisiones de fallas de servicio, seguimiento a embarques críticos etc.
- Relación con el transportista: desarrollo productivo de la relación con el transportista, cobertura de cargas, manejo y gestión de situaciones difíciles, etc.
- Comunicación constante con el CM con el fin de hacer ajustes en el SRG.
- Lograr los objetivos internos del DC asignado:
- **AOT** 92%
- **COT** 98%
- Administración y métricas de SRG.
- Confirmación y respaldo semanal de cumplimento del SRG por DC asignado.
- Desarrollo y presentación de resultados y áreas de oportunidad a trabajar en los proyectos asignados.
- Control individual con actualizaciones en tiempo.
- Exposición de resultados y tareas a realizar para mejorar.
