- The role:
- The Customer Experience Coordinator will go together with our clients in the whole process after the sale, through the step by step follow up of everything that their trip requires, you will guide them towards what will be the best experience of their life, taking care of the attention to details and being a support for each student before and during their trip.
- Your responsibilities
- Be on top of all our students' travel requirements and provide excellent post-sales customer service and support
- Retention actions with our customers through phone, face to face, and retention’s event
- Reach weekly and monthly sales targets and other predefined KPIs
- You understand and drive towards the big picture but comfortable with the day to day tasks to get there
- You are scrappy and resourceful and have no fear of getting your hands dirty
- Weekend shifts are occasionally required
- Your qualifications & experiences
- Customer Satisfaction experience
- Preferable but not mandatory studying/working abroad experience, ideally exposed to an international environment
- A Bachelor´s degree preferable in Business, Administration, Language or Tourism
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (C1 Level)
- A third language would be a plus
- Attention to details, analytical ability and problem solving
- Taking own initiatives
