They monitor the progress of the order from intake through delivery and may participate in customer follow-up communications to determine quality of product and services provided. Professionalism, follow through, and attention to details are critical skills for this role.**Essential Responsibilities**:- Receive and process orders for the organization- Enter orders and associated information, such as names, addresses, and billing information, into a database- Provide order confirmations to customers- Contact appropriate parties to clarify orders and obtain additional information- Verify order information for accuracy and completeness- May respond to customer complaints**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Customer Service area- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment- Fully bilingual English-Spanish- Strong organizational and communication skills and proven computer skills- Demonstrated time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines- Familiarity with ERP systems and the manufacturing environment preferredPuesto: Servicio al cliente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
