Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Senior Process Engineer (SMT)_ _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, will be responsible for process engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing_ _organization._

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

- _
New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling._
- _
Customer and internal communication._
- _
Understand the manufacturing SMT & Wave solder processes_
- _
Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability._
- _
Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production._
- _
Oversee new process equipment production._
- _
Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters._
- _
Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements._
- _
Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements._
- _
Develop and maintain process documentation._
- _
Review processing methods._
- _
Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer._
- _
Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer._
- _
Lead cost_ improvement/reduction_ programs._

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

- _
BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _
Advanced experience in manufacturing electronic_
- _
Fluent in English._
- _
Implementation of manufacturing controls._
- _
SMT and BOX experience._
- _
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience._
- _
Strong Knowledge in wave soldering._
- _
NPI Experience._
- _
Knowledge in Fixture Designs._
- _
Knowledge in mechanical assemblies._
- _
Intermediate English._
- _
PTH Process_
- _
Can use statistic method to analysis._
