Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryJob summary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Process Engineer _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._- Reporting to Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer role involves_ _process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization._What a typical day looks like:- _Define, Implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability._- _Identifying root causes of failures in the manufacturing process._- _Constant contact with Client._- _Participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues_- _Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters_- _Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies._- _Trouble shoot process related issues._- _Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements._- _Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products._- _Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements._- _Develop and maintain process documentation._- _Review processing methods._- _Lead cost_ improvement/reduction_ programs._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _Full engineer experience in Process Engineering._- _Bachelor´s Degree._- _English 80%._- _Fixture backend design._- _Assembly fixtures._- _Flow definition._- _Work station design._- _Production line balancing._- _Lean Manufacturing._- _Six Sigma Knowledge._- _Leadership skills and experience._- _CP, CPK, control limits._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.LG54Job CategoryProduction Engineering
