In this role, a typical day will include:
- Interact with Alcon customers for account reconciliation, remit reconciliation and payment processing
- Solve customer and processing problems, escalate to Analyst/Sr. Analyst as needed
- Provide support to AR team in accumulation of data needed for MyAlconPay and Alcon Going Green Projects
- Provide support to Key Accounts team related to deduction management
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Administration, Psychology, etc.)
- Advanced level of English
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts receivable, customer service, or related.
