**Position Details**
- **Role**: Social Media Manager / Digital Media Designer
- **Type**: Full-Time, Fully Remote
- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, Arizona Time Zone
- **Language Requirement**: Perfect English Speaker
- **Pay**:$1,400 USD per month + Commission based on performance. ( With Commission earn up to $1,600 - $2,000 USD per month)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**:

- Strategically manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
- Create and plan content, create content calendars months in advance, maintain our posting schedule, and post engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Monitor analytics to optimize growth and engagement strategies.
- Manage engagement, responding to comments & DMs to provide prompt value driven responses, with the goal of patient aquisition.
- **Digital Content Design**:

- Design eye-catching and professional social media content, brochures, and patient education handouts, that maintain and elevate our brand standards.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit compelling videos using tools like CapCut and other editing software to engage and inform our audience.
- **Marketing & Growth**:

- Develop and execute effective social media growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
- **Influencer Program Management**:

- Oversee outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with influencers.
- Handle payroll, track influencer posts, and measure patient acquisition impact.

**Qualifications**
- **Must speak Perfect English**:

- 3+ years social media management
- 1+ year of management experience
- Ability to provide design portfolio including a variety of design projects
- Expertise utilization of Canva, & Capcut for content design and video editing.
- Proven experience managing and growing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Exceptional design skills for digital content, brochures, and educational materials.
- Deep understanding of social media growth and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Prior experience managing influencer programs is a plus.

Pay: $28,174.40 per month
