As the Document Processor Manager, you embody the One Park Financial brand both internally to your colleagues, and outwardly to the world alike. You will be expected to have a hands-on approach, capable of driving continuous improvement and maintaining high quality.

The document processing team maintains document filing systems in an organization. Their responsibilities include receiving, processing, and filing documents, including images and files. They also securely store documents and retrieve archived materials on request

**As a Document Processor Manager, you are responsible for**:

- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data processing.
- Develop and implement streamlined document processing workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to drive operational excellence.
- Follow up on the team’s quality control results. Identify areas of opportunity and design performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and credit operations to ensure seamless integration of data into the CRM.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the Document Processing team.
- Generate and analyze reports on document processing metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve overall team performance.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced to native English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management processes.
- Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
