We’re looking for a well-organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented person to join our team and help organize and manage a variety of projects.You will wear many hats. At a high level, you’ll oversee the execution and follow-up of projects within every area of the business, as well as new business endeavors. You’ll grow and scale ROI on a variety of projects, and manage the execution of details. In addition, you’ll play an important role managing numerous marketing tools, contractors and engage clients and potential clients on the phone, in person, via mail, and across numerous social platforms on a daily basis.Roles and Responsibilities- Oversee and implement brand strategies across platforms, website, and social media- Research solutions for new tools, apps, and hacks- Help the company be more efficient and improve ROI via organic reach and ad spend- Be accountable for online community management across several platforms and for different websites- Identify, nurture and Grow brand partnerships especially via affiliate marketing- Document all systems and processes (SOP’s) to implement and manage change**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree on Marketing or Digital Marketing- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Associate, Digital Marketing Associate, Social Media or related- We currently use the following DM assets and you will need to be familiar with them all: Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, FB Ads, Press Releases, Shopify Apps store, GMB, YT, Linkedin, IG, Twitter, Mailchimp, Google Sheets/Drive, Attentive, Klaviyo, Bing, Google Search Console- Copywriting experience- Up to date on best practices and tools in digital marketing and e-commerce- Manage and engage marketing contractors- Know how to conduct A/B testing- Review Copy and Content before it is distributed- Shopify & Klaviyo ecommerce experience is a plus- Experience with Domain reputation management, DMARC, MX records, DNS, and.txt records
