Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing expert technical support for our range of water heaters and air conditioner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Collaborating with our engineering and product development teams to improve product performance and reliability.
3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
4. Preparing and delivering technical training sessions to customers and internal staff.
5. Managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on water heaters and air conditioning systems.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as you will be interacting with a global team and customer base.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
5. A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus.
6. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the region for on-site support when necessary.
7. A valid U.S. visa and need to travel to the U.S. on business when necessary

Pay: $13,073.23 - $26,819.48 per month
