**Bilingual telephone collections person needed for rapidly growing cutting edge law firm.**
**We are seeking a telephone collections person who is self-motivated, can communicate effortlessly with clients, and bring them back onto a payment plan via an automated system. Also must be able to think outside the box to get tasks completed. This person should have a foundation in telephone collections and should be excellent at what they do. Experience with the bankruptcy process is a plus.**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle **In Bound** calls from clients.
- Make **Out Bound** Calls to clients regarding payments and outstanding documents.
**You will be judged on**:
- The number of calls you make.
- Collection resolutions.
- Your ability to obtain documents from clients.
- Your survey results from Clients.
- Communication will be scripted and you are expected to keep the script.
- Self-reporting daily on the above-listed milestones.
**Key Competencies**
Must be able to:
- Listen and relate to clients
- Type, while on the phone.
- Know how to operate basic computer functions.
- Treat clients as if they are the most important person on earth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
