Under general supervision of CS Management, Customer Support Seniors provide daily work direction to Customer Support Team; maintains internal processes; and performs related duties, as required. Key responsibilities and tasks Mentoring and managing

Proposing ideas for improvements in Customer Support related processes, proactively resolving problems encountered where possible; Performing other planned and unplanned tasks related to the Customer Support team processes, performance and data documentation as requested by the Customer Support leadership.

**Requirements**:
3 - 5 years CS experience
- ~3 years supervisory experience or leadership experience (preferred)
- US Visa (preferred) Ecommerce knowledge (preferred)
- Tech Savvy English 100% written/spoken High school diploma
- Education level bachelors degree (preferred)
- Excel/Sheets knowledge (Proficiency)
- Documents: VISA
