**Talent Acquisition Analyst - IT Hub**
**Main Purpose**
Responsible for the full-cyle recruitment process. Screen and source process aligned with SDT TA
**Accountabilities**
Ensure slate diversity representation requirements.
Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfillment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and HR partner, in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility
Support on HR/TA continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:
**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related
- 2+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience or similar roles
- Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings), familiarity with HR databases and managing Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills (will be constantly dealing with global Hiring Managers)
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Business-acumen and diversity driven
- High energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic environment.
