**About the opportunity**

The AR/AP Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end management of customer billing, CFDI issuance, and collections in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role supports revenue operations and works closely with both commercial and finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and cash collection.

**What will you do?**
- Generate and issue customer invoices and CFDIs using Intelisis
- Review invoice data and align with contracts and customer purchase orders
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances
- Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies
- Post customer payments and support monthly AR close processes
- Track unbilled revenue and ensure alignment with revenue accruals
- Reconcile AR/AP subledger to general ledger balances
- Support audits and tax-related AR/AP documentation
- Control and register Mexico payable invoices in our financial system
- Performing monthly billing duties; issuing clients and intercompany invoices
- Prepare credit card expenses and reimbursement control also maintain the support documentation
- Engaging with clients and agencies to answer billing questions
- Assist with month-end closing
- Preparing bank reconciliations on a month end basis
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately according to the company policies and accepted accounting/fiscal practices

**What will you bring to the team?**
- AA Degree or 5 years prior work expense
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing roles in Mexico
- Strong understanding of CFDI invoicing and SAT compliance
- Experience with Intelisis ERP preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
- English Intermediate
