En este puesto, gestionará y desarrollará relaciones de clientes de larga data, con un enfoque en exceder las expectativas del cliente e impulsar la prestación de servicios. Tendrá un enfoque práctico para prestar servicio y entregar valor a través del desarrollo y la gestión de proyectos técnicos para resolver problemas del cliente.

Lo que harás:
1. Servicio Técnico diario

2. Elaboración de reportes

3. Análisis fisicoquímicos del agua

4. Solicitud, entrega y recepción de productos químicos

5. Recorridos diarios

6. Inventarios estadísticos

7. Calibración de equipos

8. Resolución de problemas

Detalles de la posición:

- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Horario y turnos: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 17:30 horas

Requisitos Minimos:

- Grado Universitario: Ing Química, Ambiental, Industrial,
- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en tratamiento de aguas.
- Licencia de manejo vigente y 3 años manejando auto estándar

Requisitos fisicos:

- Debe poder acceder y sentirse cómodo trabajando en una variedad de condiciones y ser capaz de realizar las tareas esenciales del puesto.

Requisitos deseables:

- Experiência en atención a clientes industriales.
- Seguridad industrial.
