Job Summary

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Technical issues resolution through proper troubleshooting guidance.
- Soft skills, being capable to guide a user through an efficient and respectful support.
- Will create new documents that allow rest of the Global Helpdesk team to follow when required. (Detecting new issues for which there is no adequate documentation)
- Will work under minimum supervision whenever a ticket is assigned to follow up with the customer/user reaching a positive service level resolution for it.
- Work with other areas of IT globally to detect improvement opportunities and enhance the customer experience for Global Helpdesk.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
- 2+ years working experience in Helpdesk related area (Contact Center / Call Center) preferably of large scale organization.
- 2+ years of experience on a global information technology organization or equivalent.
- Experience providing technical support is essential.
- Networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.).
- Operating Systems (Windows, MAC, etc.).
- Active Directory.
- ITIL.
- Office 365 (Outlook troubleshooting is a must).
- VPN.
- Browser troubleshooting and settings
- Experience supporting helpdesk tools (DameWare, TalkDesk, or others).
- Intermediate - Advanced English.

- Professional certification(s) in ITIL is a plus.
- Customer experience assistance preferable.
