We remain competitive by offering a wide range of logistics services, including: ocean and air freight, rail, trucking, warehousing and distribution, customs brokerage, cargo insurance and more.**About the Position****Essential Duties & Responsibilities**: _Other duties may be assigned._- Performs local/remote troubleshooting support through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.- Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.- Develops SOPs based on management/engineering team’s request.- Creates training manuals and user guides for IT solutions.- Improves ticket handling efficiency.- Installs, modifies, repairs, and cleans up computer hardware and software.- Provides technical assistance and supports related to computer systems, hardware, or software.- Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.**Work Schedule**GDL Office 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST**Qualifications**The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. _Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions._- Advanced knowledge on Windows Operating Systems- Administrative experience in Office 365- Helpdesk support using ticket systems (Remedy, Freshdesk, etc)- Should possess strong time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task- Able to communicate in English (written and verbal skills)**Education & Experience**- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or in IT related majors.**Salary**30,000 to 50,000**Perks & Benefits of OEC Group**- ** Law benefits **(IMSS, IFONAVIT/FONACOT, 15 days aguinaldo)**_ After successfully completing and passing a standard 90-day introductory period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
