**The Role**:
**Accountabilities**

The role is accountable for the following:

- Drive improvement interventions targeted at the organizational, team, leader and individual levels (e.g. Employee Engagement Survey improvement plans, new leader of a team)—including partnering with leaders to enable leadership team effectiveness.
- Connect work deliverables to the proactive ER/IR agenda in country
- Support Mexico business objectives and strategic Change Agenda whenever needed.
- Support to Continuous Improvement initiatives within HR
- Responsible for the capturing the learning needs in the organization and reporting on learning mandatory channels.
- Drive and sustain the Knowledge Management implementation to build a culture of learning organization, connecting people to people, people to content, supporting collaboration and capturing and using lessons learned—ultimately enabling learner mindset
- Partner with HRBP's and key business stakeholders on country-specific projects and interventions to aid in delivering the country & businesspeople agendas.
- Maintain close communication to the rest of the local and extended HR teams -sharing the knowledge and experience gained from business interventions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, working with the hiring manager ensuring a smooth and timely experience and follow up the process.

**Talent**
- Develop talent for the enterprise through cross business moves, in close collaboration with business/function counterparts.
- In partnership with leaders, coach the emerging talent and high potential individuals to continue pursuing their development.
- Develop strategies to strengthen critical talent pipelines, e. g. female senior roles
- Support the Country Leadership Team in developing and implementing a robust Talent Strategy, inclusive of DE&I, that supports delivery of the Country Strategy in the short, medium, and longer-term.
- In partnership with Business/Functions Talent Advisors, identify core capabilities needed within Mexico, sourcing and development strategies to deliver these core capabilities, and strategic talent management interventions to ensure a sustainable and diverse pipeline. Maintain over site of country, emerging talent list and critical roles talent pipeline and marry this up with the country footprint.
- Lead the Mexico´s Talent Forum (Get to know, build deep insight into, and proactively support the development of emerging talent list).
- Utilize Workday and talent analytics to build powerful insights, visualize and create a storyline, to drive informed decision making.

**_ Recruitment_**
- Initially the position will cover Recruitment activities for Mexico while the existing country recruitment strategy is reviewed/updated and implemented.
- Manage the Hiring process directly in systems, working together with the recruitment advisors to make the activation of the employee in our systems. Also manage the local hiring process (contracts, data privacy statement, confidentiality statement, life insurance, etc.)

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, Master’s in HR preferred
- At least 5-7 years relevant HR experience (example generalist HR roles).
- The HR Advisor should be proficient on employee engagement and ER case management, balancing understanding of local legislation and practices with empathy and employee centricity.
- Coaching and influencing skills to be able to effectively manage a broad range of both external and internal stakeholders
- Effective relationship and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders and work with other parts of the HR/business organization, as the ER environment is shaped by an integrated collective effort
- Expertise in local legislation, practices, and processes
- Organizational health/capability diagnostic and design skills
- Strong diagnostic and evaluation skills - able to distill key themes and value drivers from complex and sometimes conflicting data and insights
- A strong sense of teamwork and partnership with others
