**Online Sales Team Leader (remote)**

We are a NYSE listed E-tutoring platform currently going through swift expansions on a Global level.You will have the opportunity to work with clients across South America.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.

2. Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

3. Coordinates with different departments to ensure completion of different aspects of operations of the team

4. Takes charge in team’s performance evaluation, quality evaluation and feedback, policy implementation, staff coaching and development and client relationship management

5. Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training

Essential Requirements:
1. Excellent Communications skills and highly adaptable and able to thrive against challenging targets.

2. At least 3 years Sales Team Leader working experience ( Online sales/Education field sales experience would be a plus.)

3. Willingness to work in a target driven role and be rewarded on performance.

4. Have a strong sense in delivering customer satisfactions.

5. Have an interest in working within the education sector.

6. Fluent in Spanish and English.

7. Have your own PC/Laptop as there shall be occasional work from home arrangements.

8. Work time: 11am - 8pm (GMT-5 time zone)

Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

Thursday to Tuesday (Wednesday off)

6. Salary range: $1200- $2000 US dollars

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- telesales: 5 years (preferred)
- telesales leading: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
