Manufacturing Applications Manager

Your tasks
Leads the Manufacturing Applications Team in Mexico distributed in 2 different offices (Queretaro & Guadalajara), Main PRIME (Continental Manufacturing Execution System Suite) contact person for the Manufacturing Plants in Mexico, Supports leadership strategies and implements required processes by Regional Center Manager and IT Center Manager.
- Responsible to provide PRIME support to Mexico and South America Plants
- Responsible for Queretaro and Guadalajara Offices.
- Cost Center Responsible

Main functions/Activities:

Supports and facilitate development of the team members through performance evaluation, provide feedback and prepare individual and team development measures
Planning training, travels, salary and preparing budget, forecasts and when required hires new team members
Coordinates the continuos installation and upgrades of PRIME world wide; Coordinates External Suppliers and internal Service providers
Manages Incidents related with PRIME and follow them up until they are closed or escalated to expert levels
Support definition, communicate and Implement Competency Center strategy and get the concensus from affected Manufacturing Plants world wide,
Plant Reviews with the Local MPCs (Manufacturing Process Coordinators) in Mexico, USA or in Germany (up to 5-6 times / year)
Ensure all Manufacturing Applications Competency Center processes are followed and documented
Coordinate and communicate with External Suppliers, follow up quotations and invoicing process.

**Profile**:

- Graduated in Electronics Engineering or IT related engineering degree
- Desired Masters degree
- 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing environments (PCBs, electronics, etc)
- 1 or more years working with AGILE (SAFe) and SCRUM methodology
- 5 or more years of experience leading large projects (involving diverse areas and functions)
- 3 or more years of experience in leadership positions
- English (Advanced)
- 3 or more years of experience working with International Teams
- 2 or more years of experience in System's rollouts (preferred)
- 1 or more years with enterprise coaching programs (preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience with camLine MES / PRIME (preferred)
- Deep knowledge in Manufacturing Applications Product Portfolio (preferred)
- 1 or more years working with HPSM and JIRA (preferred)
- Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification by SCRUM.org (preferred)
