As _**Technical Support Agent**_ you_**will be part of a 3 months campaign**_ and participante in the resolution of technical problems and provides coaching and feedback on technical and customer service related issues.
**About the Job**:
- Provide hardware, software, and networking support to retail employees via phone
- Thoroughly and efficiently document customer interactions while on the phone
- Use customer service skills to assist retail employees and consumers to provide an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependability and punctuality are a must.
**Skills**:
Previous experience with
- Technical Support (Windows Operating Systems, PC hardware, TCP/IP networking)
- Customer Service
- Familiarity with photography and digital imaging it's a big plus
- Fluent English
