**Position: Production Manager**

**Location**: Apodaca, N. L.

**OBJECTIVE**:Manage production in order with productions orders, assigning all necessary sources for an on time delivering, according with productions standards, procedures, quality and costs.

**SUMMARY**: Responsible to Identify and analyze problems to achieve optimal solutions that satisfy cost and technical requirements using both internal and external resources. Formulate new, innovative approaches to solve problems on a consistent basis. Engage in personal and continuing program of learning in order to broaden knowledge in production to improve the individual and team effectiveness.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Assure all safety standards and sctrictly followed.
- Assure all quality standards are within the production process.
- Resources management for met production, quality and productivity goals.
- Coordinate activities through the production team, leaders and supervisors.
- Suppor team develop methods, training and certification in order to increase team skills.
- Establish process and team distribution for assembly process.
- Establish, manage and maintein KPI's (safety, quality, delivery, productivity).
- Process standardization.
- Maintein HC and time management.
- Establish activities for continuous improvement.
- Team motivation and support.
- Ensure production plan achivement.
- Suppor engineering, quality and other areas projects.
- Shopfloor audit.
- Shopfloor control and 5s.
- Visual management.
- Collaborate with maintenance team for keeping machines in optimal conditions.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bacherlor's degree in related field.
- +4 years of experience as Production Manager.
- +3 years of experience managing more than 30 direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- +2 years of experience supporting new machinery or production line's introduction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Lean manufacturing, PDCA, Kaizen, Improvement Methodology.
- English (**Business level**).
