Johnson Electric is excited to share we are now recruiting for an onsite labor relations analyst at our Zacatecas, Mexico facility.

As a Labor Relations Analyst at Johnson Electric, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and management, to address labor-related issues and promote fair practices.

Your Responsibilities would Include:

- Employee Relations:

- Mediate and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and conflicts.
- Foster open communication between employees and management.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Labor Compliance:

- Stay informed about local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in collective bargaining negotiations.
- Data Analysis:

- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on labor-related metrics.
- Provide insights to enhance labor relations strategies.
- Policy Development:

- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update labor-related policies.
- Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding.
- Training and Education:

- Conduct training sessions on labor laws, employee rights, and responsibilities.
- Educate employees and managers on labor-related matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in labor relations, employee engagement, or HR.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
- 3+ Years experience in similar role within a manufacturing environment.
