**Ecommerce Account Specialist**
The E-commerce Account Specialist is responsible to build, manage and develop the e-commerce channel. Setting and execute business plans to reach the annual target.

**What You Will Do**
- Define & Execute E-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and conversion.
- Partner with local sales, marketing, digital, customer service, operations, and finance teams to support customers; ensures priorities and initiatives are aligned with BU/region strategies that drive profitable growth at the total account level (traditional + E-commerce business combined).
- Leads the execution of E-com product merchandising, promo, analytics and launch initiatives for in-scope customers.
- Extract and analyze on-line shopper insights and customer needs with analytic tools for the selected customer in order to guide and ensure execution of aligned activities to win across the 5 Ps in E-commerce: product assortment, promotion, placement (merchandising), pricing, and best-product-detail-page; initiates and leads corrective actions as needed.
- Create and execute compelling value propositions for each client.
- Assists, builds, and nurtures long-term relationships with the in-scope customers while closely partnering with local marketing & digital teams to ensure one-voice from Essity to the customer.
- Serves as the internal Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for selected customers, contributor to best practice sharing, networks and projects across the organization.
- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of e-commerce channels.E xecute business plans to reach the annual target.
**Who You Are**
- Bachelor´s degree preferably in business administration, marketing, or communication
- Experience in e-commerce/ digital marketing
- Analytic skills
- Strong ability to collaborate with other teams.
