We are looking for a dynamic digital marketing expert to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage and oversee clients and their digital marketing services we provide. You will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the agency, ensuring results and strategizing with the clients.

The ideal ROCK STAR should be able to implement complex, detailed digital marketing strategies in an accurate and timely manner. Ultimately, a top-notch fit for this role should be a highly organized individual with a positive, approachable demeanor and the ability to balance a client's contract with their expectations.

**You will achieve this through a variety of job duties**:

- Project manage ongoing digital marketing services for a client load of an average 20-25 active monthly clients that range from single attorney firms to multi-partner and location law offices.
- Create and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
- Delegate tasks to (and provide quality control over) team members and contractors including copywriters, web developers, PPC and SEO experts.
- Oversee the client's online presence and identify opportunities for upselling services.
- Compose and present performance reports to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to answer questions or alleviate concerns.
- Keep abreast of evolving SEO, SEM, social media, GA4, and other digital marketing trends.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a digital marketing manager, account manager, or similar role. (Previous experience in the legal industry a plus.)
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing best practices, marketing strategies, and customer service techniques.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and GA4. (GA certification preferred)
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, TeamWork, Trello, etc.
- Proficiency with editing content in WordPress.
- Ability to complete smaller SEO & paid media tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused while juggling many clients.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable high speed internet connection for conducting client calls on video.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $34,000.00 per month
