| Quality Assurance Auditor and Researcher
- THE POSITION
- The Quality Assurance Auditor and Researcher, will audit the sales/service teams' performance, performing operational audits based on company demand, review and audit growth opportunities for validity and accuracy along with claim and work Quality Assurance issues. As a Quality Assurance Auditor and Researcher, you will have a broad-based knowledge of all products and services that Porch Moving Group offers.
- WHAT YOU DO- Audit/Monitor the sales/service team communications (both external and internal)- Resolve and perform all A&R issues, tasks and responsibilities- Review and Audit sales and service growth opportunities for validity and accuracy- Complete Operational audits based on company demand- Any other additional Quality Assurance tasks assigned by management.
