We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **IT Support Engineer** to join our team. As a **remote position** based in **México **&** LATAM**, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and providing technical support to our customers. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.- English intermediate- Availability to work night and early morning shifts (from 3 pm to 12 am) and (from 11 pm to 7 am).- Experience as a Modern Workplace Office 365 / Azure Support Engineer.- 2+ years of support role experience with 2nd - 3rd line technical abilities.- Proficiency (2+ years) with Microsoft Cloud Platform technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Exchange Online, Outlook, Power Automate, Intune, Autopilot, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access policies, Azure Configuration, Azure AD configuration, Cloud App Security, Subscription Management, Microsoft Cloud Security, Sentinel, Advanced Threat Protection, Defender.- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.- Desired certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, Azure DevOps.- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills.- Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.- Ability to quickly learn and support new technologies.**Main Activities**- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues using collaborative problem-solving techniques and maintaining transparency within and across teams (e.g., swarming).- Identify cases that require escalation, either from a technical or strategic standpoint.- Create and maintain incident management requests with Microsoft support.- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to ensure 24/7 support availability.**About Definity First**Definity First specializes in IT Services, Cloud Business Applications & Microsoft Technologies, providing enterprise-grade solutions that translate into a successful business transformation.We were founded in 2004, with six offices distributed across the US and Mexico.
