Job Summary:
We are looking for team members who will champion the values of trust, collaboration and responsibility in the organization. In this role you will need strong communication skills, an ability to solve problems, empathy and patience, strong organizational skills, honesty and of course, a sense of personal responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review customer experience logs to identify system problems
- Create actionable bug reports for the technical teams
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
