**Position Summary**:
We’re seeking a motivated **Account Executive** to engage directly with leads provided, present our CRM solution, and close new business. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from initial contact through signed contract—demonstrating how we help businesses work to increase conversions and client acquisition for long term relationships.
- **Comprehensive pipeline management** with automated follow-ups to nurture leads
- An **AI-powered booking bot** for capturing and scheduling leads after hours
- **Training resources and dedicated support** for onboarding and ongoing success

The platform is designed for businesses that need **CRM functionality with high customization potential**, enabling cross-selling, reactivation of dormant leads, cold outreach, and regional targeting campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call on a provided database of existing leads
- Explain the benefits of the CRM platform in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
- Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings to present more in-depth information and close the sale
- Keep CRM updated with all sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates

**Qualifications**:

- **Prior experience in SaaS or Tech sales. High ticket sales and closing experience is REQUIRED**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
- **Perfect English - (C2)**:

- Ability to learn and articulate the basics of CRM platform (training provided)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient with CRM systems or willingness to learn

**What We Offer**:
